Event fee per person is $20. Based on an 80 person attendance, here's the breakout (based on current off-peak theater rates): $6.10 goes toward theater rental and Paypal processing fees. $13.90 goes directly to the school PTA . Less than 80 attendees create a sliding cost/donation scale. PTAs must guarantee a minimum of 50 seat reservations 2 weeks prior to the film event. Final donation is released within one week of the event.
80 maximum tickets can be sold for each event. 3 months is requested to produce every event. Every attendee receives a swag bag full of offers/samples from local Colorado businesses.
Mom's Night Out Productions produces "mom night out" events that benefit school PTAs in the Stapleton/Lowry/Park Hill areas of Denver, Colorado. All film events are held at THE HARKINS THEATER IN NORTHFIELD at this time.
